The Archives and Records Management Handbook consists of the Records Management Procedures Manual, and additional advice from the Vermont State Archives and Records Administration, on issues concerning records and how to manage them in accordance with federal and state laws, and regulations and industry standards. The Handbook is updated as needed; comments and recommendations are welcome.
