The Corporate name must have one of these suffixes: Corporation, Incorporated, Company, or Limited. Use of "cooperative" can only be used if articles are being filed as a cooperative under Title 11(chapters 7, 8, or 14). It is very important to make sure that you have the exact name. Search the Corporate Name Database, if you are unsure.
