 $20.00 fee: A corporation is dissolved upon the effective date of its articles of dissolution. A corporation may revoke its dissolution within 120 days by filing "revocation of dissolution" 11 V.S.A. §14.04 with the Sec. of State. Simply certify within the 120 days that there has been a change of heart. A fee of $20 is due for this reversal.
