ANNUAL Reports
Annual Reports: Every domestic or foreign profit corporation, registered in Vermont, is required
to file an annual report with the Secretary of State, within 2½
months of the close of its fiscal year end, with applicable fee.
NOTE: Capitalization does not matter, but exact spelling does. Because a
match is sought starting at the beginning of each name and continuing for as
many letters as you specify, you may improve your chances of finding a match
by typing only the first few letters.
"Regular Format" will
find corporations with Active, Terminated, or Inactive
status.
"Annual Report Format" will only
find corporations with "active" status. To print a report you must select the annual report format box. Print by using the print function on your pc.
