Vermont Public Service Awards to be held in Rutland County

Montpelier. Vermont Secretary of State Deb Markowitz will honor local officials of Rutland and Bennington Counties and surrounding areas at the Vermont Public Service Awards on Wednesday, November 2nd at 3:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Rutland. The ceremony will honor over 205 local officials who have served their communities for 20 or more years.  Friends, family and other local officials are expected to attend.  The ceremony will begin with a presentation by members of the Rutland American Legion Post #31.  Secretary Markowitz will then present certificates of service to honorees.  The event is free and open to the public.

Vermont Secretary of State Deb Markowitz will honor local officials of Caledonia, Orange, Windham and Windsor Counties at the Vermont Public Service Awards on Wednesday, November 9th at 3:30 p.m. at the Lake Morey Inn in Fairlee. The ceremony will honor over 119 local officials who have served their communities for 20 or more years.  Friends, family and other local officials are expected to attend.  The ceremony will begin with a presentation by members of the Thetford American Legion Post #79.  Secretary Markowitz will then present certificates of service to honorees.  The event is free and open to the public.

Vermont Public Service Awards to be held in Chittenden County

Montpelier. Vermont Secretary of State Deb Markowitz will honor local officials of Chittenden County at the Vermont Public Service Awards on Monday, November 14th at 4:00 p.m. at the Williston Central School in Williston. The ceremony will honor over 104 local officials who have served their communities for 20 or more years.  Friends, family and other local officials are expected to attend.  The ceremony will begin with a presentation by the University of Vermont ROTC.  Secretary Markowitz will then present certificates of service to honorees.  The event is free and open to the public.
