Secretary of State Deborah L. Markowitz has named David L. Grayck as Deputy Secretary of State. Mr. Grayck, of Danville Vermont, graduated from Marlboro College and Boston University Law School in 1990 and has been working since that time in Vermont in private and governmental law offices. Most recently Mr. Grayck has served as General Counsel to the Vermont Environmental Board and Vermont Water Resources Board. He has also served for five years on the zoning board and planning commission in his community.
