There is NO FEE to dissolve a domestic nonprofit corporation
A corporation is dissolved upon the effective date of its articles of dissolution. A corporation may revoke its dissolution within 120 days by filing "revocation of dissolution" - 11B V.S.A. §14.04   A fee of $5 is due for this reversal .
