| If you would like to file a new UCC using your existing Draw Down Account. | |
| If you would like to file using a CREDIT CARD |
We are currently experiencing a problem with UCC online filings using credit card payments. Until the problem is resolved you may only file a UCC using the draw down accounting method or by submitting the paper filing with payment attached to our UCC department. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please email the UCCClerk If you have any questions. |
Note: Once submitted, your transmission should only take a few minutes to reach our computer.
Draw Down Accounts: Upon completion, you will be issued a temporary file number. If you don't receive notice with a temporary file number within a reasonable period of time, call our office for assistance - don't assume that it has failed and resend the filing. A "real" file number is issued when we accept the submission. We will contact you if we can't file your submission for any reason. To get the "real" file number simply conduct a debtor search the following business day via our website.
For Credit Card Transactions: A "real" file number is issued at the time your submission is accepted. You will receive notice at the time of payment should your submission fail to successfully process for any reason. You may immediately conduct a debtor search via our website to view the results of your filing.. The final page returned to your computer after you make payment serves as your receipt. It contains the information you submitted and the UCC File Number. You should print this page for your records.
