The UCC Center
This page is designed to help you with your UCC filings. Check the links below for the required forms, answers to frequently asked questions, and links to other helpful sites.
In addition you can now file a UCC 1 online.
Before you can actually file a financing statement online you will need
to establish, with our UCC department, a user id, password and a pre-paid
account from which your payment can be deducted. Simply call, write, or
send an email to Linda Safford.

If you already have established an account for UCC online filings ENTER HERE to proceed.
Note: Once submitted, your transmission should only take a few minutes to reach our computer. Upon completion, you will be issued a temporary file number. If you don't receive notice with a temporary file number within a reasonable period of time, call our office for assistance - don't assume that it has failed and resend the filing. A "real" file number is issued when we accept the submission. We will contact you if we can't file your submission for any reason. To get the "real" file number simply conduct a debtor search the following business day via our website.
