Limited Partnership Filings

The Limited Partnership is formed by one or more general partners and one or more limited partners. The application for domestic lp or foreign lp must include the name of the partnership, the name and address of each general partner, name and address of its registered agent, name and residence of each limited partner, amount and description of property contributed by each limited partner, and the date that the partnership will dissolve. As with the others, the application must be signed and filed with fee attached ($50.00). The lp remains on file until cancelled by the partnership. Statute T.11,Ch.023.
