File Your Nonprofit Biennial Report
Nonprofit Biennial Report: A nonprofit corporation must file a biennial report the year following its incorporation and then every two years thereafter and pay a $15 fee. If the corporation certifies that it did not pay anyone (officers, directors, or employees)during the prior calendar year, then the fee can be waived.
In case you didn't receive a Biennial report form, this page offers access to our corporate database and allows you to print one (providing the corporation is in good standing) with its specific information. Simply follow the instructions below.
NOTE: Capitalization does not matter, but exact spelling does. Because a match is sought starting at the beginning of each name and continuing for as many letters as you specify, you may improve your chances of finding a match by typing only the first few letters.
"Regular Format" will find corporations with Active, Terminated, or Inactive status.
"Report Format" will only find corporations with "active" status. To print a report you must select the Report format box. Print by using the print function on your pc.
Remember to keep a copy of the filed biennial report in your records - as one will not be returned to you.
