Why E-File an Annual Report!

DIGITAL CORPS/LLC (Title 11 Section 3001) This Act allows the company and their participants to dictate almost all of the terms of their internal organizational and operational communications between them by means of a digital operating agreement - thus dispensing with the standard paper-based format. Participants are free to agree upon the terms of their relationship, and how the company is to be governed, the economic relationships between them, how meetings are to be conducted, and other internal matters. FEES July 1, 2008 some fees increased- Be sure to check the fee prior to submitting your application.
