If you are an owner/ operator of an amusement ride and you plan to bring your ride(s) into Vermont - at agricultural fairs, etc - you should read this section.

Conversely, if your organization contracts with ride owners to bring their amusement rides to your site you should alert them of the need to abtain a certificate of operation.

A "certificate of operation" is required prior to the operation of any amusement ride.
